an Alabama nonprofit corporation, concerning your access to and use of

1. Purpose of the Website

The Site is operated for educational, informational, and charitable purposes only.

CFCS does not offer or sell franchises, securities, investment products, or financial

opportunities.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice.

2. Donations

CFCS may accept voluntary charitable donations through the Site.

All donations:

- Are voluntary and non-refundable

- Support CFCS’s nonprofit mission

Donors are responsible for determining tax deductibility with their own advisors.
